I don't remember if I emailed you previously, but I just wanted to make sure that I send a message to you to thank you for all your help in arranging this trip. So far we've had no problems with flights (knock on wood), and Singapore Airlines has been amazing. Thanks also for being so thoughtful as to move our Air Canada flight from LA to Toronto to a later time, when we went to the Singapore Airlines office in HK to change our flight, the representative said that you had already adjusted our Air Canada flight for us.
