Ticket Issues
In order to assist you, we'll first need to determine what type of ticket you have purchased. Please see below.
SATA Ticket:
If you have a SATA ticket, click on the ticket copy below to find out your options
IATA Ticket:
If you have an IATA ticket, click on the ticket copy to find out your options
Electronic Tickets:
Otherwise referred to as E-Tickets. If you ahve purchased an E-Ticket, the terms & conditions will vary depending on which airline you are travelling with.
All E-Tickets are changeable through the airline you are travelling with OR with the Travel CUTS office where you purchased your ticket.
If you need assistance in locating your airline contact information while abroad or need a Travel CUTS email address, please email AssistanceEnRoute@travelcuts.com and someone will respond to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends.)
