"This tour is great! It encompasses 3 countries Argentina, Uruguay and southern Brazil. Buenos Aires is a fabulous European style city with great value for the bargain-minded shopper. You really get a flavor for the 3 great South American Cities of Buenos Aires, Sao Paolo and Rio with the perfect mix of city and beach not to mention stunning Iguazu Falls. I highly recommend this tour for someone who doesn’t have a whole lot of time but wants to get a flavor of the “Conosur” and offers a perfect mix of city, nightlife, nature and beach!"
Stephen Soterakis

ITINERARY:
Day 1-3: Arrive Buenos Aires - Colonia - Montevideo
The beautiful Argentine capital is known as the "Paris of South America" due to its lovely green parks, wide boulevards and fashionable atmosphere. There are many fabulous sights and you can see a tango show in the city where the dance originated. Across the River Plate to charming Colonia with it’s historic old city and on to Montevideo, Uruguay’s capital. Montevideo is a blend of many cities and architectural styles with an international port and seaside at either end of the interesting old city. There are plenty of cafés and markets to keep you busy while you listen to the strains of tango music.
Day 4-5: Salto - Concordia - Posadas
Onto the well presented town of Salto, a center for growing and processing citrus fruits. There’s time to soak in the nearby hot springs before crossing the river to the prosperous city of Concordia, where we take an overnight bus to the Posadas for our connecting bus.
Day 6-10: San Ignacio Miní - Foz do Iguaçu - Iguazu Falls - Curitiba
A short drive takes us to San Ignacio Miní where there are some of the best kept Jesuit ruins in the region. Crossing into Brazil we reach Foz do Iguaçu, our base for visiting Iguazu Falls where water cascades spectacularly over a 2.5km wide cliff face. You can see the falls by walking through rainforest and along boardwalks above and below the rushing water or on an optional helicopter flight. An overnight bus takes us to the attractive university city of Curitiba where there is an optional journey through the mountains of the fabulous Murumbi National Park.
Day 11-12: São Paulo
Next is São Paulo, Brazil’s fastest growing and largest city with skyscrapers sprawling upwards and long avenues spreading outwards. Three times the size of Paris, São Paulo has the largest Japanese community outside Japan so is a great place to enjoy sushi.
Day 13-15: Parati - Rio de Janeiro
Following the stunning coastline north we come to colonial Parati, an old pirate town with many stone slab streets. Our final journey takes us to fabulous party city of Rio de Janeiro where you can visit Sugar Loaf Mountain by cable car or relax on famous Copacabana beach.
Day 16: Depart Rio de Janeiro.
