1-2 Madrid
Discover modern Spain with a visit to one of Madrid's many museums or kick back with a coffee at Plaza Mayor. Also experience old-world Spain on a day trip to the medieval city of Toledo.
3-4 Seville
Bursting with historical sights, Seville is an elegant city known for its fiestas. Explore Moorish delights by day and enjoy concerts in the Reales Alc?zares by night.
5-6 Costa de la Luz - Algeciras
Soak up the sun and the surf on the Costa de la Luz. Try out kite surfing or take a day trip to Northern Africa or cross the border to Gibraltar.
7 Ronda
Journey to the white-washed town of Ronda, split in two by a deep gorge and rejoined by the amazing Puente Nuevo.
8 Cordoba
A melting pot of Muslim, Jewish and Christian cultures, Cordoba was once the largest city in Europe. Be sure to visit the Mezquita, the third largest mosque in the world.
9-11 Granada
A visit to the impressive Alhambra is a must. There's also time to explore the Arab quarter with its steep maze of alleyways and sweeping views of the Sierra Nevada.
12 Valencia
We arrive in Spain's third largest city, birthplace of paella and home to the Holy Grail, after a night on the train.
13-15 Barcelona
The artistic heart of Spain, Barcelona is also a city that likes to party. Visit the Picasso Museum and Gaudi?s bizarre Sagrada Familia Cathedral, enjoy some of the best shopping in Europe and soak up the fiesta vibe.
